I bought my first airsoft gun (ICS M4 pistol) in 2007 because it looked cool and I thought it would be fun for target practice in the house. Shortly after that I was looking to upgrade the gun and found Fox Airsoft. Talking with the guys at Fox they told me there were weekly games, and there were some organized teams that trained together. As strange as it sounds I hadn't even thought about using airsoft guns to shoot at each other. When they told me about the weekly games I got excited and bought a bunch of gear and decided to try out a few games.

In 2009, Bearclaw introduced himself to me and I met Dracx shortly thereafter. In 2010 I starting playing more regularly. I usually played on the green team trying to work together with the other green team members. There was not much cooperation and I mostly ended up playing aggressive lone gun. One game Dracx was putting teams together for a game and asked for someone that was willing to play as a team, so I volunteered. That day I found out what it was like to play on an organized team. After that I showed up wearing tan hoping I would be playing on their team. A few weeks later Bearclaw asked me if I would like to try out for the team. I was excited that he would even consider me for the team but I told him that I wasn't sure I could or even wanted to make the commitment. The following week I was thinking about being on team Shadow Pack, wondering if it was the right decision. The next weekend Bearclaw asked me again if I would be interested in trying out for the team and I said yes.

The training began. I had a lot to learn. Shadow Pack has made me a much better player. I quickly realized that I had teammates who were counting on me to do my job. I put a lot of pressure on myself to make sure I did not let them down. Improving my skills as an individual player and team player is my primary focus. It is an honor to have been welcomed into the Shadow Pack family.
