At that first game, a group of guys stood out to me as working like a well-oiled machine, and clearly a tight group that respected, supported and challenged one another both on the field and off. Throughout the following months, usually playing in snow 2+ feet deep, I had the pleasure of meeting the team and getting to know them one by one. It became clear that for me to truly enjoy what this sport has to offer, I wanted to somehow be a part of what these guys had going. In early 2010 I was invited to try out for the team. Working around a demanding international travel schedule was a challenge, but this was a high priority! Finally in mid-summer I had the honor of becoming a member of the team; a unique group that always supports one another, backs each other up and makes supporting the airsoft community one of our top priorities. It truly is an honor to be a member of Shadow Pack; the best of the best!

In October ’09, after poking around the ASCO forums a bit, I attended my first airsoft pick-up game. I was immediately impressed with the helpful nature of the local community, the overall friendly atmosphere and the shared interest in the outdoors, tactics and mil-sim.
